Description: Please join us for a free virtual senior falls assessment event hosted by NHRMC, part of Novant Health,and the Nir Family YMCA. As part of Fall Prevention Awareness Week, we are providing falls riskassessment screenings with NHRMC physical therapists. There will also be exercise demonstrations,pharmacist discussion on medications and falls risks, and home safety tips.
