American Bone Health will host Stepping Out Strong™ in a number of communities around the country during National Council on Aging’s Fall Prevention Week from September 22nd – 28th.
Stepping Out Strong supports the ready, steady, and balanced lifestyles theme by educating older adults about how to reduce their risk of falling with a series of simple exercises to improve balance, strength and flexibility.
