We’re excited to invite you to the 2nd Annual Piedmont Area Falls-Free Expo, happening on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Intergenerational Center for Arts & Wellness in Winston-Salem!
This free event is part of Falls Prevention Awareness Week and is open to older adults, caregivers, and community members interested in staying safe, connected, and falls-free!
Event Highlights:
- Expert speakers from Wake Forest Baptist Health, Atrium Health, Winston-Salem State University, and Stewart Physical Therapy
- A special interactive session on emotional regulation through art with Issis Kelly, MD
- Lunch (at no cost), snacks, exercise classes, vendor booths, and prizes
- A fun and educational atmosphere focused on falls prevention and aging well
